Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days after order processing. We use a carrier service for delivery; however, we are not responsible for delays after the order has been shipped.

Mainland Portugal:
Standard Shipping: €4.50
Cash on Delivery: €7.50
Free shipping on orders over €49.90. Note: The cash on delivery option does not qualify for free shipping.

Discounted items are not considered for free shipping thresholds. During sales periods, free shipping applies to orders over €59.90.

Madeira and Azores:
Standard Shipping: €8.50
Cash on Delivery: €13.50
Free shipping on orders over €49.90, except for the cash on delivery option.

International Shipping:
Upon request. Please contact us for more information.

Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of supply issues or out-of-stock items, we will inform you immediately and refund any amount paid within 15 days.

Payment Methods
You can choose from the following methods:

• Multibanco Reference

• Cash on Delivery (Note: Not eligible for free shipping)

• MBway

• PayPal

• Visa, Mastercard, etc.

Important: Orders are automatically canceled after 3 days without payment.

Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges can be made in physical stores within 30 days with the invoice. For online purchases, exchanges and returns are allowed within the same period. Products must pass quality control and be in original condition, with tags and invoice copy.

For refunds, we schedule order pickup (only for Mainland Portugal). Contact us via +351 936 735 057 or geral@boutiquetereza.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

First Exchange Free
Your first order includes one free exchange. You can also keep the amount as store credit for future use.

Applicable only to Mainland Portugal.

Azores, Madeira, and International
From 2024, we no longer schedule pickups in the Azores and Madeira due to high costs. Customers must send returns by their preferred method.
